Who can resist the thought of staying a night in a castle in Wales. This was a wonderful place to stay - full of 1400s atmosphere, loads of interesting things to check out, beautiful grounds, all sorts of stories (e.g., the mayor of Chester being hung in the drawing room a few hundred years back). Our room was fit for a king and queen, which is how we felt staying in the place and looking out the very impressive mullioned windows.
